X-Plus revealed a MetalGreymon: “G” Erosion Mode vinyl figure

The Godzilla vs. Digimon collaboration for Godzilla’s 70th anniversary includes more than just the usual V-Pets, and one of the other products is already available for pre-order! 

The DefoReal G-Eroded MetalGreymon figure, revealed at Digimon Con, became available pretty fast.

The 16cm (about 6.3 inches) SD figure is based on MetalGreymon: G-Eroded Mode from *Godzilla vs. Digital Monster COLOR*, a special collaboration for Godzilla’s 70th anniversary!

DefoReal G-Eroded MetalGreymon is available to pre-order at Premium Bandai for 15,400 yen until March 30, 2025. As always with items of high demand, if they sell out, pre-orders will close early.

This version of MetalGreymon has been changed by G-Cell erosion, making its body asymmetrical. Its wings also have features similar to Godzilla’s dorsal fins. Even with its SD (super-deformed) style, the figure has a highly detailed and lifelike design.

What is DefoReal?

DefoReal is a figure series that blends an SD (super-deformed) look with realistic details. Each character is designed with exaggerated proportions, around 2.5 heads tall, creating a compact yet striking figure.

The way it looks changes depending on the angle, so you can enjoy it from different perspectives! 

Man, I really hope they don’t release a Metal Garurumon and an Omnimon version of this, or else I’ll be broke as hell. I already have the Godzilla x Evangelion DefoReal that was release last year, so this would be a great addition.
